Here’s what we’re oohing and moo-ing about this month.
Tarte Asian yogurt
We love Greek yogurt as much as you do, but we were pleasantly surprised to learn about (and taste) Asian yogurt — slightly sweeter, with twice the calcium of the Greek stuff and 13-14 grams of protein. Available in five fun flavors, like Strawberry Guanabana.
$1.79 per cup, grocery stores
Siggi’s squeezable yogurt tubes
Another alternative to Greek yogurt, Siggi’s Icelandic yogurt, has just introduced its GoGurt-style yogurt tubes. These low-sugar, high-protein and simple-ingredient snacks are great for kids, but we slurped them up too. Available in strawberry, raspberry and blueberry.
$4 for an eight-pack, Whole Foods
Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Single-Serve
Blue Diamond’s almond milk recipe hasn’t changed, but it’s now offering the popular milk swap in 11 oz. containers for those times you’re on the go. We’re partial to the chocolate flavor, but it’s also available in Original, Original UnSweetened and Vanilla UnSweetened.
$1.49, grocery stores
